"Return worked out, but it dragged a bit"
The return ended up going through and I did get my refund, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected, and I had to reach out twice before things moved along. Customer service was okay, but a couple of the replies kind of made me feel like I was being talked down to, which was frustrating. Not the worst experience, but definitely could’ve been smoother.

"Box showed up damaged but they handled it fast"
One of the items in my order arrived damaged and I was annoyed at first. I reached out to buybuybaby and they replied quicker than I expected. They sent a replacement without turning it into a huge hassle. I really appreciated that because baby stuff is already stressful enough lol. 5 stars from me.

One item was missing from my order, but customer service handled it really quickly. They got back to me fast and sent out the missing piece without a bunch of back and forth. Easy fix overall.

Went in not really knowing what we needed for our baby registry. The staff was patient and helped us figure out strollers and car seats without any pressure. Made the trip a lot easier.

"Exchange worked out, just not the quickest"
I ordered a baby swing from buybuybaby.com, and when it showed up, the box had enough damage that I didn’t really feel great about keeping it as-is.

The exchange itself wasn’t complicated, but it definitely moved at its own pace. Customer service did get back to me, though I had to nudge them once, which kind of tells you how the communication went.

I did eventually get the replacement, and thankfully it was fine. So it all worked out, but I wouldn’t say the process left me feeling especially impressed.

I ordered this as a gift, but it arrived later than expected, which was disappointing. It kind of defeated the purpose of sending it for the occasion, and that part was weird. Overall, not the best experience for gifting

"Good prices, but a little disappointing overall"
I ordered a few baby things from buybuybaby.com because the prices were actually better than I expected. I found a stroller on sale and a few smaller items cheaper than Amazon, which was nice. Checkout was easy too. That said, I was a little disappointed because the overall experience didn’t feel as smooth as I hoped, but I’m still happy with what I paid and might shop here again.

"Good updates on my order"
I ordered a few baby items from buybuybaby.com, i was happy with how they handled the communication. I got the order confirmation right away, and the shipping updates came through on their own, which I personally really appreciate because I don’t like having to chase down where my stuff is.

One of the items did take a little longer than I expected, so that was a bit annoying, but at least they kept me in the loop the whole time. For me, it would’ve been a 5-star experience if the delivery had been a little faster, but overall I’m happy with how everything went.

Pretty good selection overall. I went in looking for a few baby things and most of it was actually in stock, which was nice. They didn’t have the color I originally wanted, but I found another one quickly, so it wasn’t a big deal. Checkout was fine too, forgot to mention that.

They had a good selection overall, and I found a lot to choose from. That said, a few basic items I expected were out of stock, which was a little disappointing. Maybe I just came at a bad time, but it would’ve been nice if those were available.

My order actually showed up about two days early, which was a nice surprise. The box looked mostly fine, though I’m not totally sure how it was handled along the way. Tracking seemed to update normally for me. Only thing is I wish the packing had been a little sturdier, but overall it was a smooth delivery.

"Clean store, but not a perfect trip"
I stopped in to pick up a few baby items and was impressed with how clean the store was. The aisles were easy to get through, nothing was scattered all over the floor, and even the bathrooms were in decent shape. That said, the section I needed could’ve been a little better stocked, so I had to hunt around a bit. Still, it was a quick and mostly pleasant trip.
